KI CHO!

I learned it!!! Yay, I figured it out! If i was to advance to yellow belt, i would need to learn this form (Ki Cho 1) and I have! maybe i should get the uniform and get my yellow belt. that would be so awesome. I think I am getting the hang of this Tae Kwon Do thing. It is so exciting when you figure something out and it is not hard at all. Anyways, now the true test is remembering it for mondays class. :-/ Updates then!! (For every one move we do wrong we have to do 10 pushups and there are 20 moves...) but I know I'm going to get them all and show everyone what's up!!!!!!! Yay!

Being the good kid sucks

NOt that I have much of a bar set for me. Basically all I have to do is stay in college and not get pregnant. That shouldn't be too hard. I used to think I had to get straight A's to stay ahead of my brother, but he gave me a few years head start so now it should be a cinch to graduate before him at the rate he's going. Anyways, I really should get better at studying and not being such a procrastinator. Maybe take a few hits of some tylenol, (you know, the hard stuff) yeah, it rocks.

What a wonderful day!

It begins with a rude awakening by my roommate in which I have 10 minutes to be at class. THis does not give me much time to do more than not be in my birthday suit...not that I sleep naked anyways...at least I wear underwear to bed, unlike some I know.. *cough* my roommate *cough* Then on my way out the door 2 minutes later I bang my toe on the couch, after recovering from that fun incident (more on my masichistic nature later) (by the way i'm listening to transiberian orchestra, way cool, you should listen to it, you being the two or three readers I know of) and so yeah, i'm celebrating christmas early. Now I should be studying for ym abnormal psych test now, but i'm not. so thats fun too. I got a 94 on my stat test in which i studied maybe 10 minutes total and a 93 on my micro exam which i prolly studied maybe 15 minutes, so I have found that there is a negative correlation between study time and test grade in which the less i study the higher my grades become. I may continue this study and see what becomes of it. also my blood pressure is very good and resting heartrate is up to par according to my stress test in health psych and beh. medicine class. more on that later too. where the hell did all this energy come from? i dunno but i like it... ok study time now. bye.

Babbles.

I think I would be a perfect date for a vampire. :) Vampires like to suck blood and I like to give blood, how perfect is that? Hey you! Give blood. It's fun I swear! I was upset the last time I was going to give blood because my hematocrit was low. It's ok though I'm giving blood this weekend and I'm going home to see my baby!! I miss her so much, and she's prolly like walking and talking by now. I sure hope not though. I hate being away from college while she grows up without me. (this isn't my baby by the way it's my sisters, I know I'm fat, but not THAT fat...)

I wish I knew how to do nifty things on here like have links that open up and become more stuff to say, or put pictures on here, but I'm lucky that I'm actually posting on here at all. I don't really see the point of posting on here anyways, I only have like four friends on here, and I don't even see most of them as it is. Ah well, there's a reason for everything I guess.

Oh! new book I just finished reading. It's called 'Vurt', by Jeff Noon. Very "Clockwork Orange" type book. It's got some incest and lots of the F word, only a few parts would I call "smutty" though, but the plot is neat and there are a ton of made up words which confused me in the beginning. BUt I enjoyed it enough to finish it in 3 days while I could have been studying for exams or *cough* going to class... so thats that. :)

you suck.

what makes a person suck? is it just their attitude? their personality? their ego? their friends? i don't know, but some people need to un-suck. and soon.

Tae Kwon Doh!

Wow, what a clever title if I do say so myself. :) Which I do.

I joined this Tae Kwon Do club this semester. The first meeting was tonight and I had a blast. Since this was my first time I really sucked but I'm assuming that it is ok because I regard myself as a quick learner (most of the time) but this is a lot harder than I thought. And the teacher said that this was an easy class... My first thought was what have I gotten myself into? But my second thought was how good can I get at this? So I do plan to answer both of these questions over the course of the semester. Plus I have a lot on my plate so far. I am doing TKD, Saferide, Habitat for Humanity (no meetings yet) taking photos for The Flyer, working at the phone-a-thon for a few weeks, possibly doing the workshop series, and doing the food committee. This is a huge step up from what I did last year, which was basically just sitting on my butt and twiddling my thumbs. I may have to weed out some things that I am not that interested in and focus on 2 or 3 things. So yeah, wish me luck :)

Universal Shift

So this past week has been the most wonderful week in the history of good weeks. And it's not just me, I have gotten reports from my brother back at the mother ship (aka St. Mary's College) that his week has been extra good as well. Here is a list of things that have been going my way lately:

1. Diet has been going wonderful
2. I have been more active
a. I am waking up before noon (most days around 9 am)
b. Taking walks around the neighborhood every day
c. Getting things done that needed to be done
i. Oil change
ii. Emissions Testing
iii. Helping mom with the new townhouse
3. Keeping the Parents Happy
a. Keeping my room clean
b. Doing dishes
c. Cooking dinner
4. Using new shampoo and fixing my split ends
5. Quitting the nail biting thing...again
6. I got an Ipod to help me stay active

So these things and probably other things that I've forgotten are all going awesome. As soon as I get back to school I am going to go grocery shopping with my roommate and it's going to be awesome. I have a whole list of neat things that I found out that I liked, such as:

1. V8 juice
2. Chicken (I already knew I liked chicken)
3. Carrots, maybe some more vegetables
4. lots of fruit (oranges, kiwi, apples, pineapple, etc...)
5. Campbells 98% fat free soup
6. Light Wheat bread
7. Cereal: (Total?)
8. skim milk

So yeah that's my list so far. And this is me --> :)

Also the reason I am up at 4:51 in the morning is because I went to bed at 7pm. I have no clue why, but I do find that sort of strange... Anyways, I should go back to bed or something, so I'm not sleeping all day tomorrow, today? OK well that's it for now.

bye bye!

Title

Also, I apologize for the title thing. It sounds really stupid once you think about it too much, and once I figure out how to change it, I will.

FIRST ENTRY

Ok, so Brian is in the shower and I have to write something before he gets back. This leaves me in a predicament because I know very well where I would rather be than writing this entry... but no one can ignore the golden god, it is just not done. I have always wondered... ok so I'm done, the end.
